She saved my hair from damage due to a poor extension application elsewhere. It’s always a pleasure interacting with her, as she’s so kind and hospitable. Needless to say after an extensive hair cut and wash, Ashley taught her all the right things to do to make this happen. I think a good thing to mention is that Sarah also asked for consent to cut my hair before she did it because we were in conversation and I wasn't really paying attention. I recently visited Salon Frank Paul in Colorado Springs for a perm and haircut, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! From the moment I arrived, I was charmed by the salon’s setting—a quaint and cozy Victorian-style house that instantly made me feel at home. The atmosphere is incredibly inviting and relaxing, a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle.
Frank and Kelly were absolutely wonderful—friendly, funny, and genuinely delightful to spend time with during the perm process. Their warmth and professionalism made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish.
Even though I drove all the way from Centennial to Colorado Springs, it was totally worth it. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Salon Frank Paul to anyone looking for top-notch hair care in a welcoming and unique setting.“
