“We had a emergency issue with our water heater on a Friday at 4:30 pm during the recent cold snap. Called Johnny's and Amber took my call. Amber dispatched 3 technicians to our house who had the necessary replacement heater. The technician removed the old heater which still had quite abit of water, they had to do some piping and installed the new heater. Their professionalism and courtesy was awesome. From Amber's competant handling to the professional installation work, we were impressed. Plus the bill was more than reasonable.“
