We were having issues with water temperature coming from our water heater. We called at 9:30 in the morning. We received a call 10 minutes later with a scheduled time of 11-2pm for a service call the same day. The technician arrived at around 1230, diagnosed and had the issue resolved within 45 minutes. He clearly explained what the issue was and made sure we didn't have any further concerns or questions. We have been customers of Johnny's for 30 years and continue to receive excellent service.

Such a great company. They returned my call within a few hours. Experts showed up when they said they would and were so nice and professional. Fixed my issues promptly and at a fair price. Would not use anyone else for plumbing repairs.
