I give this a complete thumbs up!!! They were so polite, helped to determine what the issue was with my vehicle!! The courtesy ride home and back was the best customer service yet! No one does that anymore!! They kept me updated and gave me options on my issues! I trusted them to tell me what was needed and not add something that I didn’t need! I will always be a loyal customer!!

Dropped off my truck for an oil change. They took me home and in about an hour, called and said it was ready. I asked for a ride back because my wife wasn't feeling well and they said no problem and came right over, and brought me back. I've used them several time, never any issue, very friendly people.

Great experience. We were visiting the front range area from Salida. Our coolant started bubbling in Longmont. We went first to the nearby Firestone, but there were no attendants and people were waiting. Called CBA and they told they could do the coolant flush. Turns out the radiator was leaking. Bad news. Regardless, they were able to bring the replacement and change it within 4 to 5 hours and we were able to drive up the mountains. This was great when you have a 10 month old among you. Extremely good customer service from Chauncey, JD and the driver of our complimentary shuttle, Rob. I highly recommend this location!
