First off the waiting area is incredibly nice. The folks at the desk are very friendly and willing to help. You can either drop your car or wait and they have a courtesy shuttle. I waited and I brought my daughter’s car for an oil change and then threw on a tire rotation cuz it was just 20 bucks!!!
