I accidentally ordered the wrong bouncy house. I ordered a dry bouncy house instead of a wet bouncy house and Clyde with Roo Jumps went out of his way to accommodate me and my family. He went back to his shop and grabbed the wet version of the bouncy house I ordered! Clyde and Roo Jump's saved the day and my daughter's birthday party!! I can't thank Clyde enough!

Roo Jumps was easy to schedule and organized regarding email communication for the agreement and liability waivers. Showed up early and set up quickly. Bounce castle is clean and well maintained. They quickly took down and skedaddled. The owner is particularly friendly and a really good person. I suspect a change in management since the previous rating 2 years ago. Will definitely use Roo Jumps again.

We have been renting inflatables and tables from Roo Jumps for the past 4 years for an annual event that we have. I am beyond pleased with the service we have received over the last four years. They always deliver WAY ahead of time and pick up after our event leaving the kids (and adults) with a ton of time for jumping and fun.I have to tell you too, Clyde is amazing. Despite my ROYAL mess up this year with booking, Clyde made the bounce house happen and saved the day.
