We have been renting inflatables and tables from Roo Jumps for the past 4 years for an annual event that we have. I am beyond pleased with the service we have received over the last four years. They always deliver WAY ahead of time and pick up after our event leaving the kids (and adults) with a ton of time for jumping and fun.I have to tell you too, Clyde is amazing. Despite my ROYAL mess up this year with booking, Clyde made the bounce house happen and saved the day. Such a great company to work with! Online reservations were super simple and confirmation was timely. Clyde and his sidekick suffered a MASSIVE business-related incident the night before our (and a TON of other events!) and you would have never known, as they were absolutely ON IT! They were fast, respectful, and SO kind! I will definitely be using them again for family and professional events!

I paid in full for a jump house for this weekend and got an email last night that my event was cancelled. I have called 5 times, left a voicemail and sent an email with no response. Super unprofessional to take someone's money upfront then cancel on them with no explanation.Update- Ria got in contact with me and apologized. Super excited for this weekend
