We have been renting inflatables and tables from Roo Jumps for the past 4 years for an annual event that we have. I am beyond pleased with the service we have received over the last four years. They always deliver WAY ahead of time and pick up after our event leaving the kids (and adults) with a ton of time for jumping and fun.I have to tell you too, Clyde is amazing. Despite my ROYAL mess up this year with booking, Clyde made the bounce house happen and saved the day. When I say he went above and beyond to make sure that we were still able to provide a bounce house for our event, I mean he went ABOVE and BEYOND! Thank you Clyde and Ron Jumps staff! We appreciate you every year!
One word to sum this company up: WOW! After being referred to Brightside by a trusted friend, I knew they were going to do amazing work. But I was MORE THAN blown away by the end result - my interior looks like a whole new car! I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but I’m 100% serious!! And that says a lot considering I’m a clean freak and take immense pride in keeping the interior nice. But holy cow, Brightside seriously made my car feel completely new! So many stains that I thought were going to be stuck in there forever came out, and somehow the millions of tiny scratches my dogs’ claws have gotten on the plastic are completely wiped away. I did not even know that could happen! Not to mention my dash, steering wheel, and console all look brand new from being buffed so well. Plus, the customer service is TOP NOTCH!
