Ecoshield has been incredibly helpful and professional over the time I have used them (the past three years). Unfortunately due to circumstances out of mine and their control I had to cancel my service with them. Spoke with Caeser about cancelling my contract. Although the product I received from this company was not as advertised, the customer service experience to cancel was very courteous and helpful. They even accommodated me with a potential discount if I return and use their services in the future.
