A salesman came to my house today, and he did not pressure me or make it weird, but I knew I was being sold. Time will tell if it was a mistake, I guess. It seemed like a reasonable price for the service, but as a classic commitment-phobe, I have a really hard time with the cancellation fee if I terminate before the 18 months. That’s a really long time, and I prefer to keep my options open. I would take a star or two off for that, but my technician came a few hours later and he was awesome.
