these people were honestly amazing. i had 2 members (Matt? and i’m sorry i forget the other gentlemen’s name) come to my house multiple times to fix my samsung tv. samsung was terrible, these guys were great. in the end, i have a working tv as i should have had from the beginning thanks to them. samsung customer service and tech support is sub par and made it as difficult as possible. the one stop appliance team actually went out of their way to help me get resolution to the problem. i am grateful to the team. thank you!!
