I went to Physical Dimensions after a car accident, but they had previously been on my radar to visit for post training recovery. After my car wreck, I had spinal injuries, nerve pain, and muscle weakness. I had the pleasure of being treated by Chiropractor Julian and Physical Therapist Conner.After getting my MRI, I was devastated and discouraged at the road to recovery and the fate I had painted in my mind. I love lifting heavy weights, incorporating plyometrics, sprinting, boxing, and tumbling into my weekly routine.
