Owen and Armando were great during the sale portion. They were very knowledgable of the differences of the models and options. Steven, Vincent and Joe were top notch on the install. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

We were in the market for a Hot Tub and we met the Everything Hot Tubz crew at the Home Show. They quickly answered what I felt were many of the most important questions, and they were very knowledgeable about the products, in addition to providing good practical knowledge about Hot Tub ownership.

The pricing was very straightforward and there was not any pressure or awkward negotiations, just a set price and the conversation around making a purchase felt honest and open.
