This gym is the best gym I’ve ever joined. The classes are excellent. There is a lot of variety. The instructors are all phenomenal and no one is trying to sell you extra things like personal training or add-ons.

The facility features a turf area for sled exercises, popular sauna and hydro massage chairs, and a Lift Lab with a variety of weights, although some find the dumbbell options limited. The gym’s app, which pairs with members’ watches, helps them track their data and stay motivated. Some areas for improvement include occasional issues with the men's bathroom, the water fountains, and the hot tub, which sometimes has a film over it. Despite these minor concerns, the cleanliness and amenities make it a good value, and many members recommend it for its affordability and variety of equipment.

This place is exactly when a gym should be and should be the model for every Chuze location. Big enough locker room, hot tub, 3 lane pool, steam room and sauna (SOW-na). The only thing the location closer to me has is the newer recovery options like the massage chair or leg compressions. Please make more locations like this.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Tabitha, Curtis, and Rayah for consistently going above and beyond at this gym. They truly exceed expectations every single day. Their positive attitudes, especially during the early morning hours, make a huge difference. They greet everyone with a cheerful smile and make every member feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through the doors.
