This group of people are amazing! From the moment you walk in and are greeted by either Pyarra or Rachael, always friendly and ready to help. Lindsay explains what the charges are in great detail and replies to emails in a timely manner. Liz(nutritionist) knowledge is unbelievable. If the first course isn't working she has many other means of helping you reach your goal and is upbeat, you get a true sense she is committed to you succeeding. Melissa and Michael do all kinds of functional testing with you, they explain in detail what they are doing and like all the other staff always pleasant.
