I have been attending ATO for a couple years now. I love the gym, the people and my trainer Hayes. The workouts are awesome, the equipment is great and the place is always clean! I highly recommend this gym and Hayes to anyone looking to start their fitness journey or those that want a place and trainer that will produce results!!
I’ve been working with Ciara at ATO Fitness for almost a year now and I’ve seen huge changes and improvement to my body, strength and endurance. She has a wealth of knowledge about strength and performance in the realm of sports , especially jiu jitsu. She makes the workouts fun and approachable and realistic while keeping in mind your limitations as well.
