Replacing your roof sucks in every aspect of it. But Chris with 303 is absolutely an amazing contractor. He's communicative, punctual, and most important - fair I'm price. I was shocked when I saw the cost hadn't went up after all is said in done. No surprise costs or "extra" supplies needed. He worked with our solar panel company, kept in communication the entire time and got them documents the moment they asked for them. Selling a house is stressful and you add solar and new roof into the mix it seemed like suicide. But not with Chris and 303 roofers. I may not be in CO anymore but I'll forever recommend them to family and everyone I know... read full review
