Overall, Washway Laundry is known for its excellent service, with helpful staff available even late at night, and well-maintained machines.
I didn’t have cash and I had to use my debit card at the front counter. Plan to come with cash or be able to use a cash machine. It’s not recommended to have to resort to getting help from the cashier at the front. But I already had five loads of laundry in machines and he didn’t make me take it out. He helped me out. It’s 24 hours which was the best for me because I was planning for a trip that was unexpected and had to have clean clothes for the next day. Great powerful machines great service. I felt safe which is huge in Lakewood. I will definitely be coming back here again.

Genaro was extremely helpful. When we forgot cash, he let us pay by credit card and started the machines for us. He also helped us choose the right machine and showed us how to use it. It’s refreshing to meet a young person who truly understands customer service!
