The worst customer service ever. Buyer beware. I was a committed customer till today. The level of rudeness is only doubled by their arrogance. Sure you can keep supporting them and patronage is a choice, but I can tell you I'll never go back.
Have been coming here for about 2 years now. They have been consistent, affordable and easy. Quality of items have always been brought back in great condition from dresses worn to black tie events to cashmere sweaters. I had a tear I brought in and they were unable to repair previously, not necessarily their fault but more limited in service. I have recommended them previously and would continue to do so!
Ruined my dress. Dropped off one single dress and was returned it in two separate pieces. Had no accountability and said it was “a third party”. Have zero clue what that means. The dress was turned frayed and completely ruined. Best part is that I still had to pay for it.
