“Melinda at Copper Mountain Yoga & Massage is my favorite Yoga teacher in the county.Copper is only a 10 min drive from Frisco, but Melinda also teaches @ the Senior Center in Frisco (where you don't have to be a Senior to participate!) & she charges HALF of what most yoga studios charge. ($10 suggested donation vs most studios that are $20 or more.)I've been doing yoga for about a year now, have punch cards at both the studios in Frisco (when I'm in the mood for hot or pure meditation classes), but find I prefer to go to Melinda's yoga classes on a regular basis.Oh... SMALLER CLASS SIZES! So she can many times work individually with you (if interested) on any things in your practice you are looking to improve on or any type of yoga you want to do!Lastly (and most importantly ) Melinda is just an incredible person.
