SOO happy I found this studio during my short visit to Frisco. Such a homey and welcoming space with quality and friendly vinyasa teachers. Also great music and ambiance in the room. Thank you for all you do!
Meta Yoga is awesome! First time doing Hot Yoga and if you’ve never done this - you haven’t lived! It was an amazing experience and I’m grateful for the instructors and all the wonderful people that attended too! Everyone was very welcoming and supportive. Highly recommend, especially if you frequent other Yoga sessions - Hot Yoga is just an a whole other level of intensity and sweatiness ?
As a certified yoga instructor I appreciate the variety of classes and instructors at meta- something for everyone. The space is always clean. The space in Frisco can get a little crowded to get there early to have a spot.
