I have read all the reviews , i do agree the price kept going up however i never had any missed pick ups, the office was always great with me. I just called up and talked to Michelle to cancel my service because i couldn't afford the rate any longer, she was great canceled my service with no issues, very nice lady. it makes me sad to hear what others have been through with this company, I feel like they must have made some changes in there customer service policies because Michelle was great, very understanding on why i wanted to cancel. no issues at all.
