I've been getting laser with Melissa and she has been amazing! I've felt super comfortable with her, she's professional and so sweet. I've been getting laser other places for the past year or so and it hurts way less here but I'm still seeing really good results. Highly recommend Melissa!
Wanted to have my daughter's mustache laser removed as a surprise for her 40th birthday. After trying unsuccessfully to reach several different hair removal establishments, I FINALLY was able to talk with Katie of Eleven11 Laser + Skincare. She was kind, very informed, and an absolute delight. I am SO disappointed that my daughter has light colored hair, as Katie told me that laser treatment is not successful unless the hair is black. I would have loved to have this salon take care of my daughter. Thank you Katie, your honesty and professionalism was greatly appreciated
