Mario, of US Property Services, worked on a roofing insurance claim for me.Mario is knowledgeable about roofs in general and especially about how to manage the process of filing an insurance claim. Mario is very pleasant to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending him highly.
We had another roofing company come in and did not do the job to code. I found US Property Services through Angie's list ( believe it or not ) Mario Medina contacted me right away and came out the next day for an inspection. I had an excellent experience with US Property Services from the start. The team was professional, responsive, and delivered exactly what they promised. I would absolutely recommend US Property Services to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy property services.

We had some loose siding on our house and some trim that needed to be repaired. Mr. Medina came out and reattached the siding for free! Mr. Medina was very pleasant. We were very pleased. Looking forward to the trim repair this spring.
