Kimberly's customer service care was amazing. She assisted me from the first moment I stepped in the door. Answering my questions about brands and even to my surprise informing me that Ulta has a salon. She was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this location to others, so that they can receive the same care.
Me and my friends 3 guys we came in just to see colognes this cashier girl Lucille immediately helped us she got us the key to the cologne that we needed got us checked out and also suggested really good lotion that we ended up buying the Saltair drift wood she is an amazing employee and has great customer service!
Sometimes the right person can completely change your experience. Thank you, Janet, for taking the time to truly listen and help me find makeup, skincare that felt right for me, not just what looked good, but what made me feel confident. Your patience, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference. I left feeling more like myself than when I walked in, and that's something I'll always remember.
