If you ever need the services of an urgent care facility go to UC Health on Steele st. And if you’re lucky enough to be treated by PA Lorraine and nurse Seth you’ll be getting the best of professional care. Also the whole place is very efficiently managed.

In response to the comment: I did contact billing several times. They reviewed my case and stated that they won’t remove the bill because they have transparent pricing, which is not true at all. The provider pressured me to take a lab that I didn’t want to do and that was completely unnecessary. They also didn’t tell me that it would be sent to the hospital campus, which my insurance doesn’t cover. Now I have a $1100 bill that I don’t know how to pay for. I refuted it and they told me it still stands because they are transparent with their billing, which is not true. Never coming here again.

Absolutely wonderful place!! Was able to schedule an appointment on line. Parking was a breeze. Check in process seamless! MA and Provider excellent!!

I visited this urgent care in 2025. In 2026 I got another copay bill after I already had paid in 2025. I called the bill department and they said it was a system error. Now they need to fix it on their side and takes 7-14 days. I am very disappointed that with healthcare costs so high in the US that UC Health would mistakenly from what I understand and believe to then overbill a patient. This is very unfortunate, unacceptable and I think unethical.

I had the best experience with this urgent care. I was so scared to make the call fiscally and was immediately calmed by Taisa. The rest of the staff was just as kind, humorous, and helpful reassuring me that I and my cat would be fine, giving me tips on how best and when to take the meds, and made sure I wasn’t fearful about returning to my old habits when I left. I am so grateful for such a compassionate and thoughtful crew! Healing and happy :) even got heart bandaids, which was such a fun surprise!
