Always a quick and easy process. Was disappointed when the skin tests stopped but realizing the blood test is an even easier process along with it not being required as frequently for my program...5 stars all around!

My wife and I went to the TB Clinic for a routine TB test required for work, and we were absolutely shocked by the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the front desk staff, particularly a woman who seemed completely uninterested in helping us. From the moment we arrived, she was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.
Not only did she fail to guide us properly on where to go, but she also provided incorrect information multiple times. When we tried to clarify the process, she responded with attitude and condescension. This level of disrespect, especially when dealing with something as important as health, is completely unacceptable.

The receptionist was extraordinarily rude. I simply wanted to make sure I could be seen at 3:30 or before 4:00pm since I was told I wouldn’t be able to schedule a visit, like the website says. I asked a clarifying question to cover my bases, and her tone of voice reflected annoyance with me. Chill out lady.
