My a/c died Thursday evening and they sent Ryan out to diagnose the issue Friday morning. He was able to identify the issue quickly and the True Blue team were very responsive to my questions.

Ryan did an excellent job coming out same day when our AC stopped running in near-triple digit weather. He was quick to diagnose, was very transparent on what the issue was and underlying issues, and his follow up tests probably saved us in the long run. Very appreciative of the response time especially on a weekend.
