I strongly recommend against using the Denver branch of Trane for your HVAC needs, especially in the commercial/institutional sector. They have provided, and are providing a horrible level of service with nothing but excuses and inadequately trained service technicians, even though we purchased multiple HVAC units from them.
4 years in, evap coil failed. Cost me $340.00 to get fixed. Trane wouldn't provide any funding for the labor associated with his. They don't stand behind a product that is poor. Go to BBB and research before buying - you will be glad you did.
Trane. This is my AC unit. My outside ac unit is different than any others in my neighborhood. This leads me to believe that it is after market. My AC unit has gone out and this makes 2 times in 1 year. Time 1, common shit. This time the fan blade seared itself off and the motor is burnt. Well my ac supply store has the motor, however, the fan is proprietary. Which means it is mass produced and is special order only. Here is my problem. My ac goes out. I call out a repair man. Minuteman! They schedule me same day tho it is last Appointment. Great. They get here and charge me money. In 15 minutes they take my money and tell me they have to order parts. They will order them tomorrow. Here is the problem. Its 2019. We face a global climate change. It's hot. Today it is 105 with heat index. People and pets die in this temp. We unify the break pads on our cars for our safety. Why the fuck does our ac unit have so many different parts. It shouldn't be 2 days in the hottest temp of the year to get my ac fixed. Trane and its backers are pure capitalist and god help them if my family if affected today.
