About Sankalpa Pole Fitness

Sankalpa Pole Fitness, also known as The Sankalpa Collective, is a fitness studio offering a great variety of classes. It provides primarily yoga and pole dancing, alongside other classes such as aerial yoga, flexibility and mobility, hip and shoulder rehab yoga, balancing, and stall bars. The studio brings together some of Denver's best fitness instructors in an inclusive environment that empowers and welcomes people. The space is beautiful, spacious, and vibey, with a massive yoga room featuring high ceilings. It feels serene, with plants everywhere, a "jungle wall" in the pole room, and a well-equipped, clean, and inclusive locker room and bathroom. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Instructors are amazing, friendly, encouraging, and supportive, ensuring no one feels inferior, even beginners. Classes are a blast and offer delightfully non-traditional approaches, making students feel empowered, calm, and having fun. The studio is highly recommended, with many planning to return again and again. The class-booking process is easy, and details like the instructor's microphone headset and a water refill station are appreciated. While location may be a factor for some, it is suggested to check out their variety of yoga, dance, and pole classes. A popular offer is the $7 for 7 days deal, which is a great way to experience the welcoming community and have a wonderful experience.

I had so much fun at my first beginners pole class. Jessy was amazing and so friendly and welcoming. The women in class were also so encouraging and supportive. I will definitely be back. I felt empowered and calm all at once. Definitely recommend!

This fitness studio offers primarily yoga and pole dancing classes, but I've also seen a stall bar's class, aerial yoga, and classes like flexibility and mobility, hip and shoulder rehab yoga, and balancing. I love to training studios and I've had the privilege of taking classes with some of Denvers best instructors. One coming to the studio, I recognized some familiar names on the schedule and I'm impressed that they have brought together some of Denvers best fitness instructors in a studio that offers a great variety of classes that empower and welcome people into an inclusive environment. The space is beautiful and the yoga room is massive with high ceilings and is very clean. I cannot wait to take more classes here

When Sankalpa first opened up, I wasn't sure how I felt about the combination of yoga and pole in one space (didn't realize that was a thing) but when I finally made it out to a class, everything made sense. The space feels so serene between the "jungle wall" of the pole room, well-equipped locker room, and plants everywhere. The only class I've taken (a few times) is Pole 4 with Estee. I've had her as an instructor at a few other pole studios, so it was nice to have some level of familiarity with her teaching style. The weird details I like about Sankalpa are the microphone headset worn by the instructor and the water refill station next to the front desk. I've made a few friends at the studio who come here more often than I do. It's a little far of a drive for me (plus traffic) because of where I live, but if you can, definitely check out their variety of yoga, dance, and pole classes. Generally explore all the spots around Denver to experience different teaching styles and communities. Hooray for fitness!
