The River clearly has the best in studios in Denver. As featured in the Denver Post as "a studio worth getting up for," it certainly lives up to its reputation. All studios associated with the RIver have a creative and artistic physical design. There are classes for multiple levels and needs with non-judgement and sensitivity as a standard. Sunnyside has the benefit of having an open garage door that brings the outside air in during the warmer months. The atmosphere is one of community and belonging and is run very professionally. I highly recommend this facility and this space.

It reminds me of that missing bar in the middle of a song that truly just puts the hook entirely together. Ive searched a lot of denver yoga schools and this is the one I would honestly recommend if someone wants to experience a journey of true self care while experiencing what real vinyasa is.

Just did an amazing yin class with Samy. She is an incredible instructor and the class was just what I needed. I would highly recommend to anyone!Editing my review to add that Jess is amazing as well! Will def be back.
