Robert has a great intuition about how the body works combined with a solid understanding of biomechanics making him highly effective at addressing the root problems. As an ultrarunner, climber, and all-around very active person, I have been to many sports massage therapists. He is professional and one of the best I have seen in Denver. Would definitely recommend!
Robert was attentive to my issues and effective in addressing them. His technique is different than any therapist I've been to, targeting muscles that don't get addressed in most massage.
