Like some people here I won a package of sessions with Doug at a raffle in the spring. It wasn’t until August I finally “made time” to schedule them. I absolutely love coming here every week. The trainers and clients are all so friendly and the facility is just perfect! Doug always has it clean, organized and provides Locker rooms with showers. Great space, awesome people and killer workouts!!!
