Our builder highly recommended SOEN for our custom build, and they did not disappoint. Not only are our floors beautiful, Asmir went above and beyond during our build. We placed the order for our hardwoods right before the Covid material shortages took effect. When our order got stuck overseas, Asmir informed us that he had the same wood but unfinished in his warehouse. He graciously offered to do an on-site finish rather than just install the pre-finished wood we had ordered. The team did an amazing job matching the other finishes in the house, and the extra effort kept our build on schedule.
