Our builder highly recommended SOEN for our custom build, and they did not disappoint. Not only are our floors beautiful, Asmir went above and beyond during our build. We placed the order for our hardwoods right before the Covid material shortages took effect. When our order got stuck overseas, Asmir informed us that he had the same wood but unfinished in his warehouse. He graciously offered to do an on-site finish rather than just install the pre-finished wood we had ordered. The team did an amazing job matching the other finishes in the house, and the extra effort kept our build on schedule.
Asmir, Dmitry, and Alex are absolutely incredible to work with. They offer a range of products that truly the best in the industry. This is the second home we’ve had Soen put hardwood flooring into, and both have been stunning end results. Everyone is amazed how beautiful our oak floors turned out. After speaking to Asmir you will understand his second language is wood. Truly passionate team and Dmitry is and artist of an installer. Alex’s finishing work was amazing.
