My wife and I had a 1:30 appointment. I was getting a pedicure. She was getting a mani/pedi. At 2pm they finally started working on me. At 2:15 my wife had to go find someone to start working on her. She ditched the pedi and just got the manicure because we'd already been there so long.

Okay so, I went in and the woman who did my nails was in a huge, huge, huge rush. She did a terrible job. They were crooked, ugly, uneven. As someone who has to work their a** off for what they have it's important that I spend my money how I want. Unfortunately, the First Lady ( like I said) did a terrible job. I was upset and frustrated when figuring out how to solve the whole nail situation. I called and they asked me to come back in. I came back and explained the situation. Telling them how I was unhappy with my nails and described what I didn't like about them. They took me in IMMEDIATELY with a new nail tech. She did an AMAZING job. Leslie gives the BEST pedicure on the planet. She's thorough, she's careful, she's friendly and fun, she's detailed and delivers amazing customer service. I am a repeat customer and I will happily drive across the city to get a pedicure from her. Thanks for caring about me and my feet, Leslie!
