Have always had a good experience with dry cleaning but their alteration service is NOT GOOD. Had a pair of Veronica Beard pants that needed about 1.5” taken off the bottom hem and I got them back with one leg 2” shorter than the other! Stick to the basics of dry cleaning here (shirts, pants)—nothing expensive or complicated!
They were very nice and rehemmed my pants very well. I also had them dry clean a shirt and the same suit they hemmed and it came back dry but not clean. Paying that much and having to try to clean a suit with a washcloth to look presentable in a wedding was disappointing after paying for the clean. I would recommend their alterations but not their cleaning as my suit and shirt were not clean.
Sometimes I wonder if my clothes come back actually cleaned or not… they also use extremely high heat, and I can see where they pressed and folded my black pairs of clothing because such high heat leaves, creases and marks
