Phoebe was awesome! She was so kind, thorough and knowledgeable. In the past, I haven’t loved getting facials due to the extractions, but at Signal it was a much more calming experience. It was all so great - from the wide variety of skincare products, to the beautiful space and calming music, and the lovely arm and hand massage during the facial. Highly recommend!

When I first came in my acne was really bad and seemingly only getting worse no matter what I was trying, and in just a month I’ve seen a huge improvement. Sameera is gentle, super knowledgeable, and listens. The personalized skin care routine she created for me is getting my skin where I want it to be and grateful for her work.

Update: I have a little one now and life got busy so I had gone WAY too long since visiting Signal and finally went back a couple weeks ago and my skin was struggling, a few weeks later after a facial and recommend skincare my skin is already smooth much better! My acne is clearing up and my skin looks more plump, hydrated and less wrinkles. I love this place! I dont think i can ever go anywhere else after experiencing facials tailored for my skin specifically when most places do the same stuff no matter what your skin needs. I also like that i get education on caring for my skin when im there so I know things I can do to help my skin beyond the spa! Already have another apt in the books! I wanted to update this review as it's been a couple years of going to Signal and I am happy to report this spa is still top tier! The owner truly cares about the quality of care and services provided. She is constantly learning the newest cutting edge research on skin health and has hired a great team! Would still highly recommend this place, you won't regret it!
I have had many facials in my life and these are by far the best facial I have ever had! They are so knowledgeble and use the latest science. I've struggled with acne most of my life, after 3/4 treatments is consistently clear and looks more healthy all around. I wanted to do microneedling (which is a more expensive procedure) in the begining and Sameera(the owner) recommended we go a different direction because microneedling with acne can spread infection. She did another treatment instead that was half the cost! It made me trust her all the more because she truly cared about my skin over making an extra money. Love this place!
