They were flexible with scheduling, working around our schedule. They did everything exactly as promised, including calling a half hour ahead and being exactly on time. The technician they sent was a very friendly and thorough professional. He had a good sense of humor, and we were very pleased with the service.

I was having issues with my dryer and Yakir came out and he was a rockstar!! He worked with me relentlessly until we figured out the problem and I can’t recommend him or Safe House’s services more.
