Absolutely love this gym! I started training with Coach Brit and shes been incredible! She listens to my questions, is teaching me how to use all the machines I haven't tried before, and genuinely cares about my goals and progress.

Fantastic gym. Most of the people come here to actually get a workout in. You’ll see a ton of familiar faces and regulars. They have a good variety of equipment and you can do pretty much any workout that you need. No extras and no-frills. Just a classic gym and good people.
