Mike and Liz are very professional. Mike always inspects my car from front to back. He tells me what is needed now and what can wait. I find that very reassuring, as I know nothing about cars.Liz is very knowledgeable. She tries to explain what is being done and why, but I don't always understand what she is saying because again, I know nothing about cars. Liz is also very prompt in sending estimates and the invoices. I trust the both of them explicitly.

I took my car here needing my lack of heat diagnosed. They were able to get me in next day, diagnose the problem quickly, and get it repaired in the same day. They are very professional and I didn't feel pressured to get other things done that weren't absolutely necessary. Warrantied parts and labor as well. I definitely plan on going back when the need arises.
