I got a few quotes to clean an 8 ft diameter round rug and Oriental Rug was the more reasonable quote. I am happy to say they delivered (the rug looks practically new and considering I got it in fairly beaten condition, that is saying something) and the gentle man who helped me was very nice and took some extra time out of his day to educate me. I would definitely recommend.

These guys are absolute experts! Our dog had diarrhea all over our expensive (and almost new) rugs. They picked up within 24 hrs, cleaned both rugs, and delivered it back, even helping us lay them down by moving furniture. The rugs are in perfect condition. They look great and smell great and no one would ever know of our doggie disaster.

Cut and re-edged my rug after my dog chewed into one end. Got it cleaned also. Had a great experience - they came and picked up and dropped the rug back off. If I had known it would be this easy, I wouldn’t have waited so long to get it fixed!
