I had Plumberoos come out for a hot water heater problem, and I was impressed. They were honest about my needs and gave me the minimum fix, the better one, and the best as options without overstating my needs. They gave me time to decide and make sure their prices were reasonable according to the Internet. I ended up going with their middle option, which was rated well on Consumer Reports. No issues during install, and a couple of months later I don’t have the same lack of hot water and don’t have to worry about the kids taking baths before I take a shower.
