I wish i wouldve seen the other review on here when i filled my taxes here becasue the same thing ahppened here. I filled my 2023 taxes in 2024 and never received the refund that was promised. After letting her know she said she was going to call and fix it and i followed up for a year if not more. Eventually i received a letter from the state and after calling saw that she filled them incorrectly it was saying i owed a lot of money when i wasnt even a fulltime resident in the state at that time. If I can give this woman Rosalba a negative zero! She filed our taxes in June of 2020. STAY AWAY, THIS IS A WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LADY!..... my story is Rosalba efiled in June of 2020, our refund was supposed have been received within a month. August came and no refund. I started calling her with our concern of where is my refund,, Rosalba suggested we wait another month and her excuse was Covid19 the IRS was really behind and September and October came and Rosalba insisted we wait longer because it wasn't an error on her part it was IRS delays.
