Beautiful new, custom windows throughout the entire home in 2018. Called for a window that would not lock nor fully close in the dead of winter. I was told that no techs were available (to even simply close the window) for two weeks. She did apologize for the two inch gap between the Pella window and the Pella seal but said that two weeks was the best they could do. C'mon man! Do Better Pella.
