OsteoStrong Lowry is a unique and positive place focused on strengthening the skeletal system to improve strength, bone density, posture, balance, and athletic performance with less joint and back pain. The atmosphere is amazing. The team is knowledgeable, makes everyone feel welcome, and provides helpful cues, caring instructions, education, and support on every visit. The quick weekly sessions inspire members to push themselves and see real progress. Members report significant improvement in strength and balance, feeling uplifted physically, mentally, and emotionally. OsteoStrong Lowry is a catalyst for getting stronger and living fully without physical limitations, and is highly recommended.
All the staff at the Lakewood center is amazing! It is very comforting to have someone guide me to ensure I use the 4 machines correctly and get the maximum benefit for my bones!
