This was definitely the best massage experience I have had! I went today and Kim was so wonderful and soothing. She started by checking in with my mental health during covid and massage needs. I started on my back so she could work on my neck and legs, during which we had a nice calming conversation. As an introvert I can say Kim is not at all intrusive but just a pleasant soul to talk with. Once I turned over and she worked on my back we finished our conversation, which I appreciate since it is clearly difficult to talk with your face in a pillow. she did the exact right pressure, adjusting to my body language like no other masseuse ever has.
