Before I get to the dope board that I bought, let me give you my testament of how the NS Crew goes above and beyond for their customers! I was flying into Denver the next day when I purchased a board online with the intention of picking up at the store. I made the mistake of selecting delivery instead of store pick up. Without hesitation the crew went ahead and fixed that for me and told me that it would be ready as soon as Monday. Sick! The issue was that I purchased my board on a Friday (NS store is closed on weekends) and I needed it for a trip the following day on a Saturday. This is where it gets good! I realized my mistake and reached out to customer support about my dilemma. My dude understood my issue and decided to take it upon himself to personally meet me and my wife (luggage and all) at the store on his day off to handover delivery of my board. But he didn’t stop there, he showed us around the warehouse and then hooked it up with a ride to our Airbnb. My hat goes off to Vince! That dude is top notch and made my first NS experience out of this world. Y’all gained a lifelong customer in me and anyone else that I know! I bought the 23 stormtrooper 156cm with the limited red and black base. I absolutely love the overall design and shape! I can’t wait to shred this weekend with it!
We went to the Never Summer Factory to take a tour of the facility and were met by Vince Sanders who showed a group of us how they make Never Summer snowboards. The tour was very informative and interesting. Vince was extremely knowledgeable about the process and took the time to answer all of our questions. He let me demo the new Proto Freedride snowboard and I took it up to Breckenridge to ride. If you are in the Denver area I highly recommend taking this tour to learn more about the great snowboards they manufacture.
