We're obsessed with the Luce pasta! We bought a bag of the lemon chive to try at a local Italian market, and it was so good, I've now ordered three other flavors to try! You guys rock!

I have never had a Pappardelle's product that I didn't love. When we had a bakery and restaurant, we carried their dry pastas in the retail section of our bakery, and frequently featured one of their pastas in a special in our restaurant. Any of their chipotle pastas were my favorite, but we always sold out of the bell pepper trio.
If I were to go back into the restaurant biz, I would open a Tex-Italian restaurant and use only Pappardelle's pasta.
I wish we had retail access near us. That's my only criticism. ❤🤍💚
The chilie verde and cheddar cheese raviolis and green chili raviolis have always been one of my favorite meals and would receive a 5. However this latest batch of both has a distinctive bean texture and taste. I am not a fan. I would guess they have changed their recipe. Hopefully just an overbeany batch. I will give them another try. If this is the new recipe I will not order again. So sad.
