Every aspect of the MacSpa commends their services to every user of any Apple product. My most recent experience was superlative, and typical of any time I have called upon Amy and Steve to assist. They began by recommending the best configuration options for my new MacBook Pro, then provided over-the-top, above-and-beyond, value-added expertise and service to get the computer up and running. I am so appreciative and impressed, and I will turn to the MacSpa before the mall store every chance I get.

My macbook is pretty much dead, and I've been calling around to different repair stores for quotes, and this is the first place that gave me actual advice, not just a quote!! Steve was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable, and up to date on what Apple is doing. Very nice and polite over the phone, I will be coming in with any computer issues I have from now on!
