After being referred by a very discerning friend Molly only exceeded my expectations! She was quick to respond and it felt like she truly listened to what we wanted. During negotiations she did an excellent job of considering all sides and variables, thus getting us what I believe to be the best outcome for all parties. Lastly and possibly most important, when she didn't know an answer, she acknowledged it, but knew exactly who to call with quick followups.
