Excellent! I was thoroughly impressed and will absolutely use and refer them in the future.

Be very wary that the amount they end up charging will very probably be at the top end if not over the quote they give and they will recover the arbitrary amount they decide to invoice even without your consent if you’re a repeat customer. My experience is this: in March 2022, 4 people came for 2 hours and did a one off deep clean of my small property for a cost of $228.50. On the high side in terms of cost but they did a comprehensive job. I re-engaged Molly Maid following a quote which was very similar to this in September 2022. 2 people came for 2 hours at a cost of $315 (reduced from the original invoice suggestion of $375). They did not do as good a job and I am extremely disappointed at a roughly 50% increase to cost (apparently their rates went up - you’re not kidding!) and considerably lower standard. They also recovered the amount from my credit card despite me disputing the cost and without my permission, stating that because I had given them details previously, this allowed them to take payment from the same card again. I will actively be warning my clients against using them rather than recommending as I did before.

DO NOT USE THIS GROUP! Terrible job and even worse customer service! We hired this company to do a move-out deep clean after tenants moved out of our house for $390. They showed up on time, and cleaned the upstairs of the house okay, but COMPLETELY FORGOT to clean the entire basement area (living room, office space, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room); this makes up nearly 50% of the entire square footage of the house. In the process of cleaning the upstairs, they broke a glass shelf in the fridge. Things happen, and I understand that, and they provided me with the replacement part number for me to order the replacement and noted they would refund us for the cost. That shelf cost $52 to order and ship. When I went to look at the house a few days later, I discovered they had completely forgotten to clean the basement. When we reached out to the company, their response was that we needed to let them know within 24 hours that there was an issue. I don't live at this property and certainly don't have time to drive by and regularly check on it given I have a full-time job and family. We were able to get by the house that weekend, a few days after the service, but apparently that was enough to justify the pathetic response from the owner: she offered us a $60 refund, INCLUDING the money for the glass part I had to order. That is an $8 refund (2% of the $390 payment) to completely ignore cleaning only half of the house. Despite multiple pleads for the company to make it right by finishing the cleaning, or more appropriately refund the wronged customer, the owner, Tori Rosoff, preferred to do nothing. I cannot strongly enough recommend you find a different cleaning service if you want the job to be completely finished, and if it is not to your liking, that the company make it right. If you hire someone to do a job, they should complete it! If you hired someone to paint your house and they only did the front of it, they didn't finish what they were hired to do! They'd either need to finish the job or only have you pay for what they did, even if you didn't come home to find the problem until after their arbitrary 24hr window.

The ladies did a great job and the place looks clean. But I did have to be very specific.Make sure that the scheduling center and the actual location give you the same information. There was a mix up in my case, and this location honored what I was promised and made it right. Thank you

I made an appointment Several weeks ago for a move today. My window start time comes and it’s about 30 min before it ends. I called the office to follow up to see when the cleaners will arrive in. Krystal tells me that they called me several times over the last week to get a card on file. And no point did I receive any phone calls nor did I receive any voicemail asking for this information. Krystal refused to check the phone number she actually called because it clearly was not mine. I’ve been communicative via email and receiving texts so it’s not a issue with me providing the right number. This is actually quite absurd. The instructions on the email that they sent doesnt even indicate that I would need to put this information in, or to call the office and do it over the phone even though when I made the appointment I put a card info in. I was looking for someone to do a Moving Clean in addition to a monthly clean and I will 100% not be using the service and do not recommend. Rather than take accountability for the mistake as I’m sure it happens and have someone come over asap being as though my window is still presently open, I was told I would have to wait till Monday. That’s not possible being as though I have movers coming tomorrow at 6 AM.

Terrible, absolutely garbage. They did an assessment of the situation when it was peak depression mess, and said they could "easily handle it". then, when i needed some cleaning due to having a depressive episode causing a mess (some clothes on the floor, 3 plates in the sink, not that bad), they show up an hour late, go to my apartment, send a text saying its "too messy" and refuse to do ANYTHING. I'm paying almost $200 an hour, and they expect to just dust the baseboards? DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS SERVICE.

Really bummed. Bought a house and prior to moving anything into it, I scheduled a 1x new home cleaning service. Estimated 150/hr for a team of two. Totally reasonable. Except the first clean I had, I actually was unsure of what was completed. I took some photos and sent to the customer service team requesting a report of was was don't in the 2hr 45min they were there. She (Crystal) was AMAZING, and had great customer service (best part of the interaction). And scheduled a re-clean from the following day with a different team which I was very excited about. Unfortunately, they only spot cleaned the exact pictures I sent in. The wood floors were a dust ball mess, and the had brushed the derbies from the window sill onto the floor. Counters were sticky, shower walls still had hair on them. Overall disappointed. My mom told me cleaning services aren't worth it, and will never meet your expectations. I wish I would have spent the $475 on the cleaning products and a day off work, and it would have been much better. I wish I could say I would give them another try, But I still don't know what was done for the 4+ hours they were in my home.

I hired this company to do a move in clean at my new home. On the day of cleaning two very nice ladies showed up from the company. Keep in mind it’s a move in cleaning and there is no furniture in the home. So the main things to be done would be the kitchen and all appliances cleaned, drawers and cabinets cleaned, bathrooms cleaned, floors mopped, and carpets vacuumed. Everything was done except the microwave wasn’t cleaned, and none of the drawers of cabinets were cleaned. I had to complete that myself. They were here 2 hrs.A few days later I got a call asking about my experience. I told them about the drawers and cabinets (wasn’t aware of the microwave yet) and they apologized. The next day they charged my card for the incorrect amount. Charged me for 3 people. I informed them only two were here, and again the job was not completely done. The woman on the phone said it should have been three people. The cabinets and drawers should have been done since it’s a move out cleaning. I again said it was a move in cleaning and only two people were here. She said she would refund me $150 since the 3rd person never showed up. Well the refund never came. They insisted they did refund the amount. I asked them to send me proof of the refund being put back onto my card. They send me an invoice that is created by them. It has no information on it at all. Only what they entered into their system. I had to file a claim with bank. Waiting on that to finalize. Don’t waste your time or money with them. For the amounts they charge the services should be better all the way around.Service: Moving-related cleaning
